Our Mission

Our mission is to collaborate with countries around the world to establish a dedicated department, called the Data Decency Commission, responsible for formulating and implementing laws and policies related to data decency in both national and international digital transactions. The commission's mandate includes overseeing the security and protection of private information and digital identities.

In 2017, we initiated the design of the Data Decency initiative because we firmly believe that companies are not doing enough to ensure the accuracy and integrity of reputational data related to individuals and businesses.

Data Decency Commission

The use of information and communication technologies is a crucial component of modern legislation and policies. The adoption of Data Decency standards plays a key role in supporting the growth and development of essential technologies focused on privacy and security, such as those used in healthcare, cloud storage, intelligent transportation systems, business, government, and the court system.

By adhering to these standards, organisations and governments can ensure the ethical and responsible use of data, thus strengthening the trust and confidence of individuals and businesses in the digital landscape. This, in turn, can drive innovation and promote economic growth, while also safeguarding the rights and privacy of users.

Data Decency Quality

Standardisation is a crucial aspect of optimising technology, and it is carried out within the legal framework established by the Data Decency Department. This framework also considers the global environmental impact of technology. The growth and innovation facilitated by Data Decency policies can help organisations stay competitive in evolving markets. Moreover, the implementation of global Data Digital standards motivates companies to seize new opportunities and solve various challenges.

Given the high cost of global infrastructure projects, public-private partnerships and multilateral institutions can offer valuable technical expertise and financial control to avoid corruption, failed projects, and cost overruns. Therefore, regulations, transparent procurement procedures, robust project management, and consideration of global and social impacts are essential to the success of such projects.

From a global perspective, the implementation of these policies aligns with current legislation on privacy laws. For instance, access to private information should be authorised through a search order. The Data Decency Department can help meet the International Parliament requirements to store all digital information, including encrypted legislation from different countries. Acting solely in a national context is not feasible, and the International Government can support the Data Decency Commission in promoting global unity and understanding while taking pride in our diverse world.

Data Declaration and Security

The Data Decency Department holds a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of data declarations. By using transactional declarations, the department is able to inspect and assess a wide range of parties, including organisations, individuals, businesses, courts, or government departments. It is important to note that all parties must adhere to the 'data decency legislation' when making their data declarations. The initiatives of the International Data Decency Board, under the International Government, also play a critical role in ensuring the success of large-scale projects. These initiatives involve clearly defined roles and responsibilities for partners throughout all phases of a project, including planning, construction, operation, upgrading, and closure or decommissioning. This approach to project management emphasises the importance of transparency, accountability, and adherence to regulations. By following this process, stakeholders can mitigate risks, ensure compliance, and maximise the positive impact of the project.

International Data Decency Board

International Government is dedicated to ensuring the adoption of Data Decency conditions under the international technology justice system. These efforts are aimed at promoting global cooperation and establishing common standards for the protection of data privacy and data decency security. The Congress and Constitution play a crucial role in this process, supporting each country's legal jurisdiction and ensuring that IDAZ09’s technology guidelines are implemented in a fair and respectful manner.

In addition to the Parliament and Constitution, the International Data Decency Board plays a critical role in the implementation of these initiatives. Through the Commission, partners can define their roles and responsibilities during various phases of project implementation, and new global partners can be included as needed. The Commission is also responsible for ensuring that private information is accessed lawfully through search orders and that all digital information is stored securely, including encrypted legislation from different countries.

International Government's commitment to promoting open information, digital services, and modern systems has led to a greater understanding of the global technological infrastructure and the ethical and political issues that come with it. This understanding helps to ensure that science and technology are advanced for the common good, while also promoting data privacy and security worldwide.

Data Decency Act

The draft 'Data Decency Act', developed by the inventor of IDAZ09, aims to streamline the adoption and implementation of IDAZ09 technology without requiring any amendments to current legislation. This Act has been designed to ensure that the implementation of IDAZ09 technology complies with current legislation related to privacy laws on a global scale. Any access to private information must be conducted legally, following a search order. Acting in a single national context is no longer a viable option, and International Digital Authority can play a crucial role in moving toward united globalisation by promoting ethical and moral practices.

Each country's Data Decency Commission is responsible for developing national and international digital transactions, identity, and privacy information policies.

The Data Decency department in country will inspect and assess organisations, individuals, businesses, courts, or government departments using transactional declarations. All parties making data declarations must comply with 'data decency legislation'. The Internatinal Digital Commission works with the country's government to make arrangements for the Data Decency Commission. The International Diigtal Commission, an initiative under the International Government, has well-defined roles and responsibilities for partners during the various phases of a project. Rules for future participation are clearly defined to encourage new global partners.

Proposal regarding Data Decency

The Data Decency Act is designed to protect client information and transactions from unauthorised use, and it includes several serious offenses for which offenders can be prosecuted. The Act has been refined over the years to ensure that those who attempt to dispose of or conceal information in order to circumvent data protection laws face significant penalties. It's important to note that the time period for such actions to be viewed as criminal may precede the commencement date of national privacy and data protection laws. Therefore, the Data Decency Act serves as a safeguard against such violations, promoting the ethical use of data and ensuring that individuals and businesses can have confidence in the security of their information. The Act sets out clear guidelines and regulations for data protection, which helps to streamline technology and promote innovation. Furthermore, by encouraging global standardisation, the Act allows for a more efficient exchange of information across borders and facilitates cooperation between different organisations, businesses, and governments. Ultimately, the Data Decency Act is a crucial tool for protecting the privacy and ensuring that individuals and businesses can operate in a secure and ethical manner in the digital age..
